New App is tereible, keeps on crashing now. fingerprint scan Sucks. The old App was so much better. On vacation I won't be able to access the app get your act together Arlo? Hire someone that knows what they're doing.

What phone device are you using for the Arlo app? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your phone device?

Yes I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times did not help, even tried my tablet and a different phone nothing. strange thing is it was working for a few months with no problems then the fingerprint was giving me problems for a week then it started crashing. I installed the old app which I guess is not supported and that works OK for now. Very disappointing with Arlo, eventually I will try the new app again.
