App and web do not recognize my email or password

Please help!!! My account has been hijacked. Today when I tried to lock in my app I was asked to sign in. But neither the app not the web recognised my password. Trying to reset my password I got the message that my email is not registered........!

I really doubt your account was "hijacked" as you think... sounds like an error with the server.

 

When you originally signed in , your email/account was reconized to allow you to change your password in settings

 

I would attempt again, if NG then you will have to go thru Netgear Support

Make sure you're using the correct email and password and try again, Are you still experiencing the same behavior?
