VMC3030 Bad RMA link through customer support

Getting bad customer support to return a dead wireless Arlo camera.  Have talked to 5 representatives and almost a month later to get this resolved.  Finally was sent an email yesterday to start the RMA process, well the link does not work and I get this: Link and response;

Invalid RMA URL. Please contact NETGEAR Support.

 

I hope for some help on this forum.  If not, I'll deal with it.

What you pasted here was incomplete - there's a missing "ht" at the beginning. Also, if I click on the link itself you pasted, it get the invalid URL but if I copy and paste the whole link, including the missing "ht" at the beginning, it works fine.
