Arlo app keeps giving me the following message in my notification area...
"You are not connected to the internet. Please check your connection"
This is on a LTE and wifi connection on a Nexus 6P running 7.0.
The base station is connected to the internet when this error message comes in.
I have reset the phone, and reinstalled the app.
Ideas?
Thanks
DR

Try both WiFi and cell service as well as a computer browser. What happens? Are you getting videos/notifications? What are the LEDs on the base showing?
Edit: Just realized you're running Android 7.0. There could be an issue there if the app isn't compatible yet.

danrob,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I do not readily have a device running Android 7.0 to test this but I will escalate this issue for further investigation.
Thank you,

I have the same issue on my Nexus 5x. The App keeps getting these while my device is obviously connected to both WiFi and LTE.
How can I disable just this alert? It's really annoying and I can't find the setting to disable it without also disabling movement alerts.
I'm getting the alert even when I'm streaming recorded videos from Arlo's servers!
