Hi there,
I have purchased a 2nd pro base station as some of my cameras were getting a poor signal at the front of the house. All setup and base can be seen in the Arlo app, however I am struggling to add my existing cameras (all work on the old base). I have used a Wi-fi scanner app and can see the SSID of the 2nd hub dropping in and out repeatedly so not sure if a hardware issue. Have done full reset, removal of both stations, rebooting of main router but to no avail. I am trying to connect the original Arlo camera’s - the one with camera batteries.

I have requested an RMA to amazon, but wanted to know if there was something I missed.

Make sure that you remove the cameras from the old base first and then sync to the new....

remember the base sync button needs a QUICK press, not hold.

 

If you get to sync a camera, you will then have more proof the base is faultly if the cams drop out ( start with only one cam )
