Hello,

i started with 5 Arlo Wireless Cameras, then i bought more and upgraded my Plan to the Elite Plan Annual.

 

After 8 Cameras nothing is working anymore.

 

The App doesnt show the Cameras anymore and it says that i should upgrade my Plan. ?! ^^ 😄

The exact think just happened to me.  I upgraded to elite.  Added another system with one camera on another zipcode.  Worked great with 6 cameras and 2 routers.  

 

I likes it so much I purchased a 3rd router with 3 cameras to set up at the original location.  If it worked....I would have 8 cameras at one location and 1 at another.

 

after I added my 3rd router....it all went bad.  Looked similar to yours...told me I had 3 routers connected (-1 available) which is wrong.  Lost all connectivity in both zipcodes 1500 miles apart.  Clearly this is a server flaw.  The other system is physically isolated from my primary.

 

somewhat disappointed after the investment and upgrade to elite.

 

done the resets......and resynch but it's still dead.

without any reason it is working again.

i wrote 2 days ago an email to netgear...

 

maybe they solved it?

 

at the moment it is working..., i'll tomorrow try to add all my cameras.
