Anyone have a solution to why Chrome and Explorer say my "base station is not connected to the Internet" but Firefox and iOS app work fine?

arloaaronr,

 

Be sure you have Flash player updated and enabled. Some users have also experienced issues due to virus protection/security software. Disable any you may have and try again to further isolate the issue.
