6 month old camera not working; blinks blue once and then nothing

Hi,

 

6 month old camera has suddenly stopped working. With fresh batteries installed it blinks blue once and then makes a clicking sounding..

Looks like you have a bad camera.  Create a trouble ticket for RMA.

I have exactly the same problem, camera flashes blue once then nothing ?

Mozzer666,

 

Consider removing the camera and then go through the sync process again.

 

Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select the affected camera > Remove Device

Hi James

 

I tried that and now cant synch the camera back up because it wont connect ? Feeling like I will need to find the receipt and get a replacement, how long is teh warranty on these things ?
