hi everyone, i have 4 arlo cameras , in settings they all capture footage for 120 secs but 1 will run for 5 mins. any suggestions on how to fix this.

Take the 'troubled' camera, open the battery door ( this is the GO area, BTW prob not what you have as they are in beta ) Pull pack if PRO
Go to SETTINGS for that camera and use REMOVE DEVICE
Power button reboot base , let come back online
Close/install batteries
Bring back the camera as if new - resync
The above will reset the camera and put all settings at default.
if it occurs again later, contact Netgear Support

There's a new setting in the Pro camera modes/rules to run for up to 5 minutes if motion continues. Use the Mode tab, click on your base and edit your modes. Check to see what's set under Record Video. Bes ure to save if make a change.
