doorbell detects motion and sends push notifications but no sounds to iphone 13.  If your not holding the phone you dont know someone is on your front porch.

Is the phone in do not disturb or focus mode?

Did you go into Apple's settings->general->arlo secure, and make sure notifications sounds are enabled there?

yes, all are turned on

Are you hearing notification sounds for other apps (text messages, emails, etc)?
