video doorbell going offline

18 months after I got an Arlo video doorbell, it still regularly goes offline. I am very disappointed in this product and will not trust CNET reviews again. It used to go offline every day. Now it’s about once a week but if I don’t notice and reset it I could miss an attempted break-in. At the same time I got cameras from another company that have worked flawlessly and for which I can scroll back video at any time.
