avd1001-100eus vs avd1001-100nas

Can some one please explain why i see different names ids on the same product, and in what they are different ?

What his 100eus, 100nas means for the arlo video doorbell ? Which one I must buy to work on me because the stores on my area sells both types of them

EUS and NAS refer to the region in which the kit is designed to work.

NAS - United States

EUS - Europe

This is a door bell, what is change with this ?

because in my Country they sell both type of them - as the same... 

For the doorbell is actually change anything ?

I final find that the one on Europe come with an extra transformer to 24v AC because Europe do not support that kind of voltage on bells.

How even this was not specific anywhere and they sell arlo doorbell with out that adapter.
