Anyone have any issue where the wired doorbell camera
suddenly stops recording any sound. Just get a bit of static as the camera starts recording, then pretty much white noise.
have restarted
have reset
have updated app
have active subscription
no sound on recording or live. Has worked perfectly well until a week ago
