Doorbell issue calling 2 phones

Hi. We have trouble getting the doorbell to call 2x phones. I am the owner/master, and have granted access to phone nr2. (Both android phones) the doorbell calls phone nr2, but i (phone nr1) only get a notification (and nothing happens when i press it). It was working earlier at some point. But not anymore.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
