Where can I file a support ticket?

When I tried to access my existing support ticket, the site said it was closed and to open a new one.  But I’ve looked all over the site and can no longer find a link to open a ticket.  Arlo obviously doesn’t want to be contacted by users needing support despite their "Contact us" link.  Where on the site is the link to file a damn ticket?

Use the app and go to Settings, Support, your device. You can also use the Support link at the top here and then Contact Us at the top right.
