Video doorbell offline and won't come back on

This doorbell worked perfectly for about 2 months, (same as I see from other users). It worked so well we bought the floodlight.
Now it's offline and wont come back on. It's 2 feet from our router, and everything else is working with no issues, including the floodlight which is at least 15 feet from the router. So I know that is not the issue.
I am trying to get support. Almost none. Online chat doesn't have anyone responding, email I get no answer.
does anyone have any answers besides taking it apart. Why should I have to do this with a brand new product. Seriously doubting getting the cameras for my back yard now.
any help would be appreciated

Got the same issue 😪 second loss in 2 months ... it seems I lose the connexion once a month ....
