Video doorbell not working

Arlo video doorbell not working.

press button, nothing happens.

taken off & tried reset - nothing.

charged battery & reconnect, flashes white once but nothing thereafter. Press button to sync but nothing happens.

do I need new doorbell, new battery or both?

cannot find anyway to contact support.

What model doorbell?

no subscription just basic use.

Without a subscription you can't get help from official support. You could purchase a monthly single camera plan to be able to contact them and cancel it when done. If it's within the warranty period, a replacement could be offered.
