When someone ring at the doorbell there is no video feed after answering.
But you can get live feed within the app.
Only sound works when answering.

TxT,
Try reducing the doorbell resolution in your doorbell video settings. Test again, do you still experience the same behavior?

TxT,
What model mobile device are you using and who is the service provider?
Is there any difference in behavior when the mobile device is connected to WiFi vs mobile data?

TxT,
Check your iOS settings and make sure all the permissions are enabled for the Arlo mobile app. You might also try reinstalling the app, making sure to allow permissions during app installation.
