						I cannot connect my new wired doorbell to my Eero mesh network. I have all the software and apps updated and read all previous community posts on the issue. I have tried to connect on the Eero guest network as well as main hub, I have also tried disabling 5 ghz and connecting on 2.4ghz. I do see the doorbell connected to the Eero mesh network but the Arlo app keeps timing out and does not find it in the setup process. I tried resetting and managed to set the doorbell up directly on my Optimum router but when I try to change the network to Eero it does not work, same issue. The Eero is close to the doorbell and signal strong. Although it is brand new I cannot seem to get support from Arlo. Any ideas to get this working on Eero mesh? You should be able to contact support using the Arlo mobile app. Navigate to Settings > Support, from there you can open a ticket to further investigate the issue.
