I cannot connect my new wired doorbell to my Eero mesh network. I have all the software and apps updated and read all previous community posts on the issue. I have tried to connect on the Eero guest network as well as main hub, I have also tried disabling 5 ghz and connecting on 2.4ghz. I do see the doorbell connected to the Eero mesh network but the Arlo app keeps timing out and does not find it in the setup process. I tried resetting and managed to set the doorbell up directly on my Optimum router but when I try to change the network to Eero it does not work, same issue. The Eero is close to the doorbell and signal strong. Although it is brand new I cannot seem to get support from Arlo. Any ideas to get this working on Eero mesh? Otherwise I will have to return it.

Themads,
You should be able to contact support using the Arlo mobile app. Navigate to Settings > Support, from there you can open a ticket to further investigate the issue.
