I have an Arlo Video Doorbell, which came with a 1 year subscription. I had to reset the doorbell (because the chime stopped working, a whole other issue) and now my subscription disappeared as well. How can I restore it?

aptc11,
Generally, Arlo devices come with a 3 month trial plan. Resetting or removing devices will not remove trial or subscription plans, these remain on he account until expiration. Check Settings > Subscription > Manage cameras to see if you have an active plan that the doorbell is not participating in.

aptc11,
When and from where did you originally purchase your kit?

Hi JamesC,
I purchased it from Costco last year. I was unable to install it immediately after purchase though - it sat in the box for a few months before I installed it and activated the doorbell.

aptc11,
I've opened and escalated a ticket based on your description of this issue. An agent will reach out to you with more information as soon as possible.
