Hey everyone. I've got two issues happening with my video doorbell
1) Still receiving push notifications (over 50 per day) for motion alerts. Within the Smart Notifications part of settings, I only have "People" On and Vehicles, Animal, All other Motion turned off. The majority of the alerts seem to be nothing (potentially sound related) when I review the recorded videos.
2) Motion Sensitivity still way too high even though all available settings are set low. I have a super small video activity zone and have had motion sensitivity at 1 (out of 100) for the past week yet I still receive countless recordings/push notifications.
Troubleshooting to date: software is up to date, I've played around with video zones

Make sure you are adjusting the sensitivity from within Mode rather then general settings

Thanks and that's right, motion sensitivity is at 1 within the Mode

Update:
After countless hours of troubleshooting, I will be returning my video doorbell in exchange for a competitor. I am incredibly disappointed with 1) the product and 2) the technical support. The product has been inconsistent and not responsive to any settings within the app. The only thing more disappointing than the product has been the technical support/customer service. It seems to me that each agent's goal is to get you to the " Let's observe over the next 24-48 hours" and then not contact you after that. Additionally, the technical ability to upload troubleshooting pictures, logs etc. does not work.
