Replacement power kit for video doorbell

My video doorbell recently stopped working, upon investigation the fault is with the video doorbell power kit.

Any idea how I can buy a replacement power kit? I bought the doorbell when it originally came out so I’m out of warranty (I think). I can’t actually find the option to submit a support request apart from speaking to annoying virtual chat assistant and going round in a loop with irrelevant support documentation and videos.

Power kits are not available for purchase separately. If your Arlo Video Doorbell is still under warranty, I encourage you to reach out to Arlo Support to request a replacement power kit.

What is the warranty period for the UK? I purchased through Amazon on pre order and it was shipped on the 28th June 2020
