Any suggestions-my Arlo doorbell worked great and then stopped recording. I have tried to factory reset and all, but it won’t complete the QR code-it doesn’t scan. Any suggestions?

Assuming you properly reset the doorbell, including removing it from your account, you should be able to scan the code by using pinch zoom to enlarge the code while using the app to read it. I just did this with my phone recently to re-add a doorbell. Be sure the code is in focus and then enlarge.
Worst case, take a picture of the code, print it out and use that.
