How to schedule?

I have four Arlo cameras. One, a house powered video doorbell, two VMS5240-100NAS cameras that are solar powered and a fourth camera (old one) that needs to be charged periodically. I have tried to use the Arlo fact sheet: "How do I add a Schedule Automation to my Arlo system" so that I can schedule the solar cameras (to conserve power) and leave the door bell camera on all the time but instructions in fact sheet do not apply. There is no software option for ROUTINES and nothing for ADD SCHEDULE. Am I missing something?

Do you see "Library" as a menu option in your app?  Or do you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard"?

I only have the base station listed under My Devices. Do I not have it set up properly for the separate devices not to be listed individually? 

They are listed uniquely under Base Station under Settings/My Devices

Do I need to disconnect doorbell camera from the base unit and reinstall it uniquely? Is this even possible?
