if you’re having problems scanning the QR code, try this because it worked for me. If you are using your phone, take a picture of the QR code on a tablet and increase the size of the QR code. Put the larger sized QR code in front of the video doorbell and hold it for about 30 seconds. That worked on my first try.

Is qr code individualized and fifferent from other?i habe this problem now that my device for my arlo video door bell is not with me but i successfully Connected it thru my wifi when i was there back home but now that i am outside my jjome country,the doorbell went offline.So i was guessing if I can use other persons qr code so that i re activate my arlo doorbell withput me being physically there in my home country?

You don't need to set up the doorbell again and it wouldn't work anyway since it's already in your account. Being in a different country and seeing the doorbell offline may be due to various things such as that country's ISPs not allowing access to the Arlo servers. However, try rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app as well as using a computer to try the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if anything helps.

 

Of course, it may be that the doorbell battery has been depleted.
