Hi I have turned off the setting so that my wife whom I added does not get a phone call when the doorbell is pressed. However it doesn't seem to work and still keeps calling her.

I'm the main account holder and I want the calls where she doesn't

Any ideas?

Thanks

Micjam,

Which setting are you referring to? Is she logged in using her own account via the Grant Access feature?

Yes that's right and this is the setting

Micjam,

Has this behavior always occurred? Was there ever a instance where this worked correctly?

Are you able to easily reproduce the issue?

It happened from the beginning when I first added her. Everything else works fine 🙂

Micjam,

Is this still happening with the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed?

It is yeh. I turn off calling if one of us is at home using silent mode but ideally I'd still like to receive the calls and for my wife not too.

The next time it happens can you provide a timestamp for the occurrence (example, 5:37 pm PST 06/16/2022).

Thanks,

JamesC

Micjam,

Try toggling the feature on and back off again, then log out of the shared account and log back in. Do you still experience the same behavior?

Hi JamesC,

I tried this but it still calls my wife's phone.

Micjam,

If you remove her as a friend completely, and then share again. Does she still experience the issue after accepting the new invitation?

Hi JamesC,
It doesn't seem to make any difference.
