I had lost power to my doorbell. The doorbell reset. I never changed my subscription. All my past videos are gone. How can I get those back?

Are you referring to an Arlo doorbell? You reference Pro 2 cameras.

How long ago did the doorbell go off-line?
Also, can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

It was off line about a week and a half. And yes I can make a live stream recording. I have had the doorbell for about a year. And ALL my old recordings are gone. Has a deceased cat on those recordings. So trying to recover them.

Have the recordings come back? There was a server issue yesterday that made it look like they were deleted. Have you checked to verify the doorbell has a subscription?

Use the support options in the app. If you have a subscription, you should see a phone option.
Although if the videos are older than the retention period (30 days in the US), then unfortunately they are gone.
