No “melody” option under Chime settings

I have 2 chimes installed. I want to change the melody. When I go to device settings, there isn’t a “melody” option - only “connected to” and “device settings.” How do I change the melody without resetting the device? I have both an Arlo Chime and Chime 2 and neither have the “melody” option listed.

Assuming that you have a doorbell linked to the chimes, the melody is selected under the doorbell settings not under the chime settings.
