Noticed no videos in my library for the weekend of Sept 25|26. Went into the support website chat and waited for a bit since I was number 5 in the queue. But once I was able to chat and was placed on hold... within several minutes got disconnected due to timeout. Had to call and wait a bit again to get a rep only to find that they had no backup to restore the missing videos from that weekend. Ugh. Im paying for a service that cycles every 30 days without backup. What gives Arlo?

Connecting the doorbell to a base or hub gets you local recordings for backup. That's exactly why I use this setup instead of connecting to my WiFi. As for no backups for the cloud, it's long been stated that once videos are gone, they're gone.
Is it possible that there were no recordings over the weekend or that someone may have deleted them? Is a filter set in the library? Have you tried both the app and a browser to see if the same s=thing happens?
