Hi Guys,

 

After asking the question, I was notified that pressing the doorbell is now a trigger in IFTTT.

 

I was hoping that I could use this as a trigger for my Google Nest Hub Max to automatically show the camera feed when the doorbell button is pressed.

 

However when I try to link the google nest hub max in IFTTT to the press button trigger...

 

Im unable to find the device...I cant find google home, google assistant, nest hub or anything.

 

Any ideas?

 

Also any other ideas for how to best use the press button trigger.
