not able to view video on my Echo Show 8 from my Arlo doorbell

I'm in the US and not able to view video on my Echo Show 8 from my Arlo doorbell. The Arlo Skill is activated but when Alexa reaches out to Arlo doorbell, there's no video. What am I missing?

I've lowered my resolution to 720 and still telling me its not responding. Can you please assist

Solved. Changed video resolution in arlo app to 720P. Now video works with Alexa.
