New user operational questions

Just picked up my Arlo doorbell.  I do not want to purchase a "service".  The instructions say you can record video and pic captures from live and save them to your "library".

Is that on your phone in your galley (Android) or a function withint the Arlo App?

That functionality requires a monthly subscription.

Thanks for the reply, expected, but not the answer I was hoping for.  When you reflect on your monthly budget all them small subscription fees quickly tally up to hundreds per month.

The library you are referencing is the video library within the Arlo mobile app. You will need a subscription after your trial (if applicable) expires. You can find more info here: Arlo Secure Plans
