Just bought an Arlo video doorbell and it is not powering up. Getting 17Vrms at the terminals on the doorbell. No lights, no indication. If it was a low power rating transformer I should be expecting an amber LED, but I get nothing instead. Shorted around the doorbell, chime works just fine. This is clearly a defective model, but there is no way to contact support without a subscription. I can't get a trial subscription until I complete the installation of my doorbell. What the actual hell.

Factory resetting it made it power up. Super weird.

They're half the globe away. That's not going to happen unfortunately.
