Hi,
I've been having this issue where the doorbell captures messages even though the button is not pressed a second time.
So the chain of events goes
- Someone presses doorbell
- Ignores call or dismisses on phone
- Doorbell asks to leave a message
- BUTTON IS NOT PRESSED SECOND TIME
- Message is recorded on my app
Is this normal behaviour?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.
