Live video starts and stops.

When I try to watch live video on wired essential doorbell on my desktop, The video starts and stops and looks like this.  Sometimes it plays  for a maximum of 1sec and then this screen and then for 1sec and so on.

It has been playing fine on my laptop.  All three devices are connected to my Archer C7 router.  I have an average of 390Mbs download on my desktop.

Ideas?

Sorry for such late reply, but life has been happening.  

 

Yes it is.  It doesn't happen on my android and very little on my laptop.  Mostly it happens on this installation disk 2 of Win 10.  I have a dual boot PC and when I boot to disk 1, it hasn't yet happened there.

I'm guessing something is up with this installation of Win 10, but I almost exclusively use this installation and everything else works fine.

Can you point me to possible causes that my be causing this?

Have you tried a different browser or incognito mode to see if it's a browser and/or extension issue?
