The doorbell is installed and I’m getting the white flashing light but it’s not finding the doorbell on the search for new devices.... not sure how to proceed? Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to connect to your WiFi or to a base or hub? Have you tried the reset procedure found in the FAQs here in the support area? Have you tested the voltage from your transformer to make sure its up to spec?

Unless there's a real reason to use the WiFi (such as poor signal strength to the hub) I'd suggest connecting to the hub. That way you can get all the features possible, especially the ability to record locally.
As I mentioned before, a reset of the doorbell may be useful.
