How far in the process are you getting?

Are you hearing the chime when scanning the QR code?

Are there any special characters or punctuation in your network name and password?

I also tried moving closer my router and still don't want to connect

Is  the network secured with WPA2 encryption?

You maybe should try support.  If the camera is new (never on-boarded), it might be challenging to contact them.  @JamesC can assist.
