I purchased a doorbell and 2 motion flood lights that have not arrived yet. They were shipped with two-day shipping over two weeks ago. FedEx emailed stating the package was undeliverable and was being returned to sender without any other details. I do not have a subscription, I cannot create an account at my.arlo.com (the website would not respond to "continue", I do not have products that I paid for, I have not been refunded, and I cannot reach anyone at Arlo.

I had a subscription and have tried for 3 day to access my account. But MyArlo does not recognize my email or username and they've cancelled my account. I have 5 cameras and a doorbell with them. It is useless and wasteful for me not to continue with them. But they have cancelled my account without giving me contact information to reach them. They need to have a phone number and/or email available with Customer Service when their website fails. Guess it is time to complain on Facebook and see if they hear me there.
