My wife has lost access to her elderly Mom's doorbell and carport camera after upgrading her app today (Jan 2025). She has an invitation to view the camera's from her brother, but it keeps asking her for a subscription. Her brother already pays for a subscription. Not sure what the next step is. We've deleted the app and reinstalled it, no change. Her new app says "feed" and her brothers app still says "library". Two different apps apparently.

One app, but two different interfaces.
There are two options:
- She can use her brother's username and password on her phone. Then she will have full access to the system (all cameras), and also profile details (including the payment method for the subscription).
- Her brother can migrate to "Feed" - then she would again be able to see the shared cameras. There are some downsides here, particularly if her brother has his own cameras in addition to the ones at the parent home. Post back if you want more info on that.
