My Video doorbell will not send motion notifications to my phone.

What mode is in use? Are notifications enabled in it?

It is in "Non Silent Mode".  Since my first message I looked at some other threads on the help page and found someone having the same problem.  I followed their advice and powered down the video doorbell for 15-20 seconds, when I powered the system back up it began to send motion notifications to my phone.
