Essential Wired Video Doorbell serial#AE1236KY00F1E Logging into our video doorbell

We have only had our video doorbell for about a week. The first couple of days my husband and I were both able to log into Arlo on our iPhones. Suddenly, we can no longer both be logged in at the same time. When I log in on my phone it logs him out on his phone. When he logs in on his phone, it logs me out on my phone. However, we are both getting notifications.

We are using the same email and password to log in on our phones.

And that is why you are logging each other out.  There can only be one device logged into the account at a time.

 

You could use the friend account feature.
