Have a firmware update on camera which isn’t working and can no longer view camera live it’s still recording any suggestions on fix have tried suggestions on previous posts

Getting the same from mine.
Contacted support, got the usual non-helpful. 1.19.0.0_3_098d492_3567407 is the version its trying to update to.
I suspect its trying to update to that version from that version and its failing because its already on that version since it was released in november.
Probably needs a software change?

I opened a support ticket and got completely inane suggesting to essentially reset the doorbell to factory.
Which requires uninstalling and re-installing from the wall.
Really sad with the product support here.

Doing a reset on the doorbell would be the first troubleshooting step to try.
