Video doorbell constant video distortion.

Doorbell getting constant image issues like this. Please advise as I am told may be base station firmware.

It's not likely to be a firmware issue. That sort of image occurs when the signal is weak or being interfered with by another wireless device that uses the 2.4GHz band. Can you move the base away from the router as much as possible to test? What is your house construction?

I can try to move. Seperate question. Would it be worth it to reset it and connect directly via wifi? Eliminate the Hub all together??? None of my other cameras do this, only the Door bell. Also I had the same doorbell that didn't have the issue, but due to a better deal and retailer saying had to return and repurchase I ended up with this one and issue started.
