My video doorbell is repeatedly reporting motion when there is none. I had to disable the thing to stop the constant reports, day and night. I cleaned off the lens and still have the problem. I have had this unit for about 6 months. Any clue as to how to fix?

Is this during the day or also at night? Daytime can have false triggers due to reflected sun's IR from vegetation, cars, etc. You can try creating a zone that eliminates all but what you need (i.e. just the sidewalk/porch) as well as reducing motion sensitivity. My sensitivity is set at 45%.
