The following Arlo Reps: Joshuva (2x), Rei Ann, Mar, Shalini (2x), Sujitha (2x), Paul, Sunita, and Manjunath, have contacted me since the 1st week of May 2023 regarding the installation of the Chime 2 that can’t detect my WiFi. Each time the person directs me to the online instructions, which don’t resolve the issue. Can anyone provide advice (beyond what’s posted on Arlo’s site) on how to connect the Chime 2 to a WiFi mesh using a Samsung s20 fe 5g?

Can you try onboarding with a 2.4GHz band while the phone is connected to this network? Also, can you remove any special characters and numbers from the SSID/Password and see if that helps. You can try with a guest network if you like.
