Hi,

 

Unable to find a support email and phone lines closed. I am unable to purchase a subscription. Each time I try to purchase one via https://my.arlo.com/#/settings/subscription/ I just get the message No Subscription.

 

Tried multiple browsers and devices, so not cookie or cache related! I just want to purchase a subscription, why is this so difficult?! In addition to this my country is locked to UAE when I am based in the UK. I am unable to change this.

 

Please can someone help

Which is why you cannot get a subscription - they are not offered in the UAE.

 

Were you in the UAE (or using a VPN terminated in the UAE) when you created the account?

I was indeed. Can I delete my account, recreate using same email?

Or shall I just set up a new account using an alternative email.
