I am the primary account. I recently lost connectivity to 4 cameras and video doorbell. Signed out and back to account. Cameras showed up but not doorbell. All are still visible from my wife's phone. I can't get the doorbell to reconnect. Is there a method other than going through the entire "install" instructions? What am I doing wrong?

CraigHowell,
If you do not see the doorbell within my devices on the primary account it will need to set back up. First factory reset the doorbell, then go back through the onboarding flow to add it again.

Since they're all seen on your wife's phone, it's not the doorbell. Start by rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Also check using the web client.

So I reinstalled the app. That didn't work. I checked online. She sees the doorbell. I don't. What can I do next?
