I got a new router and when I installed it, my Arlo video doorbell stopped working. I reset the doorbell and it is working now, but not recording to the library. I do not have a base station. Prior to installing the new router, the camera did record to the library.
In the portal, under subscription, it shows I have the Premier Single Camera plan and says 0 of 1 camera participating. When I click on Manage cameras, it says to drag the camera to the box to participate, but when I try to do that, it doesn't work.
Under package detection, it says the doorbell is inactive. I tried dragging it to the box to activate it, but it doesn't work either.
How do I get this doorbell linked to my subscription again?

It may be the dragging part that's the issue. Be sure to touch the "3 bars" at the right to do the dragging. I've also found that sometimes I have to try multiple times to get it to move. Probably just my aim...
