I've gone through the set up directions to connect my Arlo Video Doorbell.  I've tried an iPhone, an iPad and an Android tablet to get the device added to my Arlo account.  The doorbell is connecting to my network - I can see it in my router's DHCP tables with an IP address.  However, the app keeps telling me that no doorbell is found.

Any suggestions would be helpful!   There is no way to contact Arlo Tech Support through the app until the device is registered.

Tried all of the above.  And after leaving it along for a couple hours, it magically started working.  So issue mysteriously resolved.

Hi @rfischman

May I ask which version of the Arlo mobile app your using? Is the phone connected to your 2.4GHz network, If you have a dual band 2.4/5GHz, you can try connecting directly to 2.4GHz to see if that helps.
